Perera represented Sri Lanka at the High Level Conference of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) on ‘Security and Stability in the Region of SCO’ on 4 June 2015 in Moscow. The High Level Conference was organized by the Russian Federation that holds the presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
